Nice to stay in a detached location

Excellent property, beautifully located. Good food, nice staff.

I believe that the timing was already off season (late September) and the prices could have been more attractive.

I go to biai di conte mostly for the lovely fresh food and quiet beach area location

been coming to this hotel since 1988 when it was first opened ... love the location / the food / beach / vicinity to airport and alghero town / safe location / peace & quiet

for the second year in a row there was a mix-up with my room booking - again they blamed booking.com for not passing on relevant information - was finally offered a more appropriate room but still not ideal for various reasons ... also I do not understand why check in is 5pm - my flight arrives around 10am and I am made to wait until late afternoon - why ?!? - as the lovely ladies in housekeeping are knocking on the door at 9-10 am to clean rooms !!! Also for the 2nd year in a row I caught covid so spent a few days with no appetite and not eating anything - I have advised previously that some guests do not pay attention to the signs forbidding them to fill their water bottles from the dispensers - I am sure this is where covid and other germs are being passed around !!! I found that the bed sheets did no more than cover to the edge of the beds and there was no mattress protector so during a restless hot night you found yourself touching the bare mattress. The wifi signal was poor in the room and whilst there was a card indicating some sky channels - they were all pixellated and unable to view so a bit pointless

Actual stay was great, great value for money. Drinks are good if you pay and be aware if you need an invoice

Even the water had a weird taste, while the soft drinks not really drinkable. Clothes and toys lost in the room during our stay, probably by maids in a hurry to clean the room. Invoice took 3 weeks to be issued after multiple emails and calls, don’t know if this is a normal process or else. Sogiorno tax not transparent on booking details

Loved the place overall

The surrounding is amazing, many deers were around, everything was so green! The room and balcony was really spacious, I liked the type of shower gel in bathroom :) The breakfast was good enough though we missed fresh vegetables and juices. However the lunch and dinner was fantastic, great variety of meals of every kind!

The staff closed the dispenser and collected food by every meal excatly at closing time.

Great hotel facilities but also close by to town etc for day trips

Good secure location with facilities for infants as travelled with friend & her infant son

Although cot was set up the second bed was not and had to make up ourselves. we managed to lock ourselves on the balcony as could not open from outside. It was fine as neighbour got reception to cone up and let us back into the room We had to leave early for return flight & tried to go to breakfast 5 mins early to get water for baby bottle. One staff member caused a big fuss & kicked us out even though we were only looking for hot water & no food. In the end went to toddler area but wasted time when we needed to leave for an early flight Couldn’t go into the sea which was a shame but glad prewarned as didn’t want to get sick

Nice place but a bit aged

Great beach and food the staff were really nice and pleasant ,the beds were very comfortable and room cleaned each day

The red all inclusive is completely miss leading basically no different to the soft all inclusive not a true all inclusive like you would expect no access to any thing at the beach bar and it's like they make it hard for you to find out what you can have and then given to you in a childs size glass no cocktails included either . The hotel is a little run down and in need of updating the grounds could be so much nicer if a little investment was put in to the pool areas and grounds

Very good

We booked mainly for the beach which was excellent. Clear water and great view. The beach has pebbles for the first 2 meters when you get in the water but it is sandy afterwards. There is lots of fish in the sea so it is good for snorkelling. The food buffet is great. Lots of variety and different options every day. Although we did not use it but the swimming pool looked good.

The toilet and bath although were clean but they had yellow staining which was off-putting. The public toilets were much cleaner than the room's toilet and we used them more than the room's toilet. Also the toilet smelt badly most of the time. I feel the staining is due to wear and tear and would benefit from renovation

A large family hotel in a beautiful bay with fresh pasta daily and unusually loud entertainment

Amazing sea, an amazing bay and lots of green nature around you! Sometimes even wild animals (like deer or small wild pigs) walk in the hotel area and chew grass :) Good food at the hotel (except for the breakfast, which is traditionally very very basic). Amazing pasta every day + food changes a little bit, so you have decent variety. Decent facilities (free tennis courts that you can use), a nice long pool + 2 baby pools. Mostly friendly personnel, helpful reception staff

The hotel itself (the building and some of the facilitates) are a bit outdated. It would be top class for 2005 maybe but not for 2024. The territory is green and nice but you have some garbage sometimes lying around and some road and construction work that kills the nice vibe. It felt like if there would be more work invested in maintaining the territory of the hotel - it would be simply superb! But not sure why it's not happening. Another strong minus for us personally was the loudness of the music played at the beach in the morning and at the pool in the afternoon... It was just way too loud. We got used to it after 4 days, but still - the sound levels were absolutely abnormal

Great value for money , beautiful beach just don’t expect gourmet food!

The beautiful beach. Water was so clean, you can see fish everywhere. There were plenty of beach beds when we were there mid week. Clean room, very comfortable Friendly staff. The pool restaurant was good. Nice chips, pizzas and unlimited soft drinks

The food for dinner and breakfast is really poor. The worst I’ve seen in any of these big resort type hotels. (We only stayed 1 night because as a rule I don’t do all inclusives often) The WiFi wouldn’t work in our room

Great family time in Sardinia

The hotel is very nice. It looks a bit old but it is very nice. Staff just amazing. Food is great in all meals (breakfasts, lunch and dinner). The pool is very nice and organized. I've been to other resort that you need to got to the pool 5am to get a sunbed. here is not the case. Lots os other activities during the day in the hotel. Kids love it. Snack bar in the pool is also very good. Our checkout was at 10 am, and our flight was at 11pm. They could not give us late checkout, however we could spent the whol day in the hotel eating, in the pool, in the beach and they let us use the spa for a shower before going to the airport. It was GREAT.

The facilities seems a bit old and the room it pretty dark. Our room was in the ground floor and it was adapted for handicap . It was not very nice, specially the bathroom. I'm not sure all rooms are like that. Nothing major.

Nice beach place with good food some areas need improvement

This is a resort hotel right on its own beach which is pretty and clean. The grounds of the hotel are well kept and spacious. As a semi inclusive place the food was very good. What was or was not included drinks wise was confusing.

Rude and unhelpful receptionist when the hot water broke down. Poor barman. Dreadful evening entertainment and the parking is a long way from the reception. Disgusting stains on the corridor carpets. Needs upgrading

It was a peaceful area. The beach on your doorstep, a pool if you’d rather that and plenty of shared spaces to sit and enjoy your downtime xx

It felt like some parts of the property were overdue for some updating and tlc.

Great for a trip in September

The all-inclusive formula works very well, gives plenty of options for every meal. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished. Lovely for a trip in September, probably worse when it's more crowded

The property is not very new, but it is well kept. Found the swimming pool closed one hour before closing time, but it wasn't a big deal and we had a swim at the beach nearby

The food was really good. The bartenders were very nice and always in a good mood. Beautiful beaches and pool area.

The property was outdated and needs some Reno’s. The carpets in the hallway were dirty, the shower curtain in dirty. They don’t provide any shampoo/conditioner. Be advised that you need to pay for bottle water. This resort is catered towards old ppl and young families. If you are looking for a place with ppl aging 20-40 this isn’t the place for you. It’s more of a 3.5 star than 4 star.

Our stay was fab, kids loved it. We would like to come back again.

Fabulous location set up in a forest area. You can spot deer everywhere. View from balcony was absolutely stunning. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Beach was at a stone’s throw away from our room. Lots of deck chairs and parasols were available. Snacks options were fab at the tavern, kids loved it. Super friendly staff Lots of food options for non vegetarians , seafood was fab Kids club was good Clean swimming pools

Vegetarian food option could have been better. Food items were not named correctly on some occasions. There was no kettle in the rooms for tea and coffee. Coffee machine was available only during breakfast. Rest of time you will have to buy from the bar although we had taken full board option. Evening entertainment could have been better. It was catered only for italian audience. Iron was not available. Staff was fab however would have been great if they could communicate a bit in English. There were not a lot of activities at the beach. Beach area could have been made interesting and enjoyable by playing some music atleast.

beautiful peaceful island resort with great food and facilities

location of complex is excellent if you have own transport as taxi is expensive if you want to visit alghero or other local amenities & beautiful beaches / surroundings (there is a local bus but times are limited) - great venue for families as facilities / entertainment for children and young adults are ideal - food is always fantastic ! .. great beach and pools. One of reasons I go back here is that they have baths rather than showers in rooms

this is the 4th time I have stayed here and unfortunately each of last 3 times the room has not come up to expectations - particularly when I requested a specific location and found at checkin that my request had been ignored - especially when I often go towards end of season when there is likely to be a high level of room availability In days of COVID there is a major problem with guests constantly filling their water bottles from the drinks dispenser in the restaurant DESPITE large notices saying this is forbidden .... there is a need to install vending machines throughout the hotel selling bottled water as only other option is to buy from the bar (where bar staff appear pre-occupied)
